Refund Policy

Refunds are available for unused items returned within 30 days of delivery with original packaging and tags. Sale items are eligible unless marked as final sale.

Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

• Items with obvious signs of use may receive a partial refund
• Items returned without original packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping, or send a replacement at no charge.
